When triggering Yakuake by ScrollLock keyboard shortcut it closes exactly two
seconds after opening, or opens again two seconds after closing 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup ScrollLock as Global Shortcut for Open/Retract
2. Press ScrollLock
3. Watch Yakuake open/close and then close/open after 2 seconds

This does not happen with the 'pause' key, or when opening yakuake from the
tray. It also does not happen when using xdotool to simulate the key press,
then it works normally (```xdotool key Scroll_Lock```)

OBSERVED RESULT
ScrollLock seems to be treated in a special way

EXPECTED RESULT
ScrollLock should not behave different from other keys and
