There's been no further updates to 5.1 in Debian stable so the issue remains
unsolved.
Issue still exists with 5.2 in Debian testing/sid repos.
Tried both 5.2.0-1 amd64 (testing) and 5.2.0-2 amd64 (sid).
Tracker claims the agent string is "KTorrent/5.2dev" and rejects connection.
System upgraded since initial bug report:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
