--- Comment #3 from ksdrum...@pm.me --- Today I had the freezes and crashes again. It also happened just by creating a new project (I mean setting 1080, 25fps without even adding any tracks). It must have something to do with JACK (audio connection kit) because when I stopped JACK and switched to pulseaudio it worked. I realized that if I create a new project in kdenlive, and add tracks before I start JACK, everything is fine. If I launch JACK before kdenlive though, it makes kdenlive freeze when adding a track or creating a new project.
