However the problem still exists in this way: STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open Krita, make a new text shape, the text editor should open. 2. Change the color to something else. Save. (Color changes, as it should). 3. Change the color opacity to be very low. Save. 4a. EXPECTED: text shape on the canvas becomes semi-transparent. 4b. ACTUAL: text in the text tool becomes semi-transparent, but text on the canvas is still fully opaque. 5. Go to SVG Source. Find "fill:#..." part. Add "66" at the beginning of the hex number (note that the color should is written in ARGB order, I believe, so that will change only the alpha). 6. EXPECTED & ACTUAL: text shape on the canvas becomes semi-transparent. 7. Exit Text Editor, use Select Shapes Tool, select the text shape, go to Tool Options and change the color of the fill. Change the transparency to be very low. 8. EXPECTED & ACTUAL: text shape on the canvas becomes semi-transparent. The problem lies in the fact that the color of the text is not converted into SVG source correctly (it just doesn't care for alpha). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
