I have tried this one different systems which worked, I found that alt+h was
bound to something in shortcuts though I'm not sure what exactly it was and it
keeps rebinding itself every reboot. I found a workaround to create a custom
shortcut that sends alt+h when you press alt+h which fixes the issue for now
