Ah, this is tricky. It's a bug in kxmlgui, and present in all other KDE
applications that use kxmlgui. But... We forked kxmlgui since we couldn't get
our patches in that helped building without all tier 3 frameworks as
dependencies. Still, it needs to be fixed in frameworks-kxmlgui...
