I can not get a second konsole window or tab, appears just a black background,
ctrl+d does not close it, only clicking X

shell did not close, sending SIGHUP
it was working, I can not say when and after what it started because I do not
use the second tab often, since I haven't edited any settings I believe it
started after some update
konsolerc has nothing strange, even so I removed it and after first start it
was the same as before
it's not a profile, color or font problem
split view IS working, vertical and horizontal, nevertheless detach current
view leads to the above problem
