Rectangles around some items
After updating from Plasma 5.6.3 to 5.6.4 I noticed rectangles around task
manager items, see attached screenshot. I noticed that the color is light blue
for the active window and gray for the other ones. Some items - especially when
an application was just started - don't have the rectangle at all. Is this a
bug?
