Please, try reinstalling the tablet driver or resetting the tablet driver
settings. From your description, it sounds like
https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=281&t=163518, for instance. There have
been other reports of blobby or dotty lines, but they came down to driver
problems, not bugs in Krita.

A note about making bug reports: a link to a video is much easier to follow,
but it would be better to supply the information in the bug report:

* Attach a screenshot
* Tell us exactly what hardware you have (computer, display, tablet)
* What version the driver is
* What version of Krita you're using
* The results of testing your pen with the tablet tester (settings->configure
Krita->tablet->tablet tester)
* And possibly the contents of help->system information for bug reports.
