I'm sorry, but with so little information we cannot begin to guess what your
problem is. And it's more likely that there's a misconfiguration on your system
that that there's a real bug in Krita, so please go to https://krita-artist.org
for user support.
Explain your problem clearly, maybe show screenshots, tell people which
operating system you're using and which version of Krita.
