SUMMARY
When dragging a file from Dolphin, the mouse cursor is positioned centered at
the top of the item to not overlap its content. This is not consistent with the
appearance on other places, though (as pointed out in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=425258#c15).
Maybe there can be an effort to unify this behavior.
