STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. open Transmission torrent client
3. press ctrl+o
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the icons on top of the gtk3
filechooser are barely visible
EXPECTED RESULT
good visibility
