STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install a Plasma widget
2. wait a update to be released
3. open widget explorer, click on "Get new widgets.." > "Download new Plasma
widgets"
4. select "Installed" radio button
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, Discover finds the update for Plasma
widget (Event Calendar in this case, but the same happened with Fokus widget a
few days ago)
but GHNS does not. We see "Uninstall" button instead of "Update".
EXPECTED RESULT
GHNS window should find updates for Plasma widgets
