I used to report a kind of dup, 397655, where it was reported that my beloved fuzzy clock was walking all over the desktop; growing and shrinking. That is, with each change of display, it would change its geometry, and then, controlled by some yet unknown algorithm, blow up and get smaller, and therewith 'corrected' its self-presumed location and size. In a nutshell, since my update to 20.04, the fuzzy clock stands pretty much unaltered at its location since update day.
