Please try with the daily build, I think it's solved:

Standalone: Take the file with the ending “64-gcc.7z“. You need 7zip for
unpacking. To start Kdenlive double click Kdenlive.exe in the “bin” folder.
Install version: Take the file with the ending “64-gcc.exe“.
