SUMMARY
Reproducible on both Arch (Plasma 5.20 beta) and neon unstable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select an icon on desktop
2. press F2
3. right-click on the label of the selected icon
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
context menu opens and we can copy the right-clicked label
