Iit cannot be set up in the migration tool because it must already be running. DigiKam can only manage one internal server. 1. You go to digiKam setup and set up the internal MySQL server, specify the folder, etc. 2. You will be asked for a collection, enter an empty folder. 3. If everything works, you will now see an empty digiKam view. 4. Start the migration tool, enter your folder with the SQLite DB, select the internal server on the right. Everything should work now.
