SUMMARY
In the system settings, when a new page is added to the stack, the header bar
has an extra line on the left.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to the users kcm
3. Click on a user to add the user page to the stack
OBSERVED RESULT
An extra line on the top bar.
