The Healing Clone Tool entry is missing from the Image editor "Enhance" menu,
as shown in attached screenshots.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure Healing Clone Tool is enabled in Image Editor Plugin Settings
2. Open Image Editor
3. Select "Enhance" menu

Healing Clone Tool entry is missing from the Image editor "Enhance" menu
