This was available from KDE 4.14 on and was deleted without replacement. Instead, the cumbersome / imperfect activities were introduced. They started again with 0 and it was expected that they liked it - which it was not. Criticism was ignored and until today not taken seriously, it is only played for time. In the 6 years one could have also solved these problems. So with each version more and more users are scared away. The fact that this is done in your spare time is very praiseworthy, but if you are doing something you should make an effort to make it better than it was before. I cannot see that here. It's a pity for all the effort you put into KDE 5.
