Must be supported OpenGL version by KWin compositor
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kde.
2. Open Display => Compositing.
3. Max supported version of OpenGL is 3.1 which is dated 2009!!!! It's
disgustingly lagging, slow etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please, please finally rework and update compositor!! It's disgustingly slow,
uses over 10 years old legacy OpenGL 3.1, while must support 4.6. All drivers
support 4.6 out of the box, but KDE does nothing to update compositor's OpenGL
support. It's not modern, but very old school slow as hell compositing. Please
release update to support OpenGL 4.6.
