SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Online Accounts" in systemsettings5
2. Try adding a Telegram account.
OBSERVED RESULT
It goes back to the previous screen with no indication of error.
When opening systemsettigns5 from the terminal it shows:
"ktp-morse-telegram"
