I can confirm this bug. There are multiple events that can trigger this
incorrect behavior. I can reproduce this 100% e.g. like this:
1. Open Dolphin. (If you try move to the dock area, the dock will hide)
2. Open a video in mpv. (Again, the window and dock will behave correctly)
3. Switch the video to full-screen mode (e.g. by pressing the 'f' key)
4. Use the task switcher (alt-Tab) to switch to Dolphin while the video is
still running in full-screen.
What will happen: Latte Dock will appear with the Dolphin window. It will
disappear again if you switch to the full-screen video. But once you quit mpv
(or the video ends), the dock will stay on screen no matter what you do with
that Dolphin window - or any other for that matter. One exception: run an app
in full-screen mode (again).
Workaround: kill latte-dock, run latte-dock.
