The screenshot is on 150% (Windows lists it as recommended), But the problem also appears on every one different from 100%. (On 100% everything is fine.) Also, this appears on every document, even txt and yes, the icons also seems to be blocky too. You can really see it on lines in the icon for Thumbnails and Marking.
