Hi, detour27!
The attached file has a single green brush spot at the area behind the canvas
bounds (at position 1088,448 px). Does it remind you anything?

And autosave has two green spots to the right of the canvas edge:

The logs don't show any technical trouble while saving, and the files look
perfectly correct format-wise.
Perhaps you have somehow accidentally overwritten the file with some other open
file? E.g. in 'Windowed' mode you had some other document active while saving?
