I have this same bug. I am unable to tag most brushes. Strangely I can tag a
few... 3 or 4 and then it stops working entirely (tags stop applying).
I have deleted my Krita resources folder and started from scratch and the same
thing happens.
This means I cannot configure the right click brush menu to contain any more
than 3 or 4 brushes, the rest stay blank.
Also, when deleting my resources (resetting krita) there is no default
"Favorite Presets" like there used to be, its all blank.
