Blue line artifact
SUMMARY
When there's a lot of fast-scrolling text in the Konsole window, there is a
strange vertical blue line to the left of the text. It follows the text and
randomly flickers.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Does not happen in Konsole 20.04.3. Also happens in latest git master (40fd8e2a
at the time of writing). Both systems I can reproduce this on are using AMD
GPUs with the amdgpu driver.
