SUMMARY Colors don't apply when the apply button is pressed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a color scheme
2. Click apply
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. No applications are updated with the new color scheme.
Applications started after the change also do not show the changes.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the color changes to apply and each application to redraw.
