--- Comment #28 from deanob...@gmail.com --- It does seem to be the mp3 stream that causes issue. Any file container that has mp3 as the audio stream causes the video to stutter. This is typically in AVI containers, but if the AVI container has an aac encoded audio stream (unusual but it does happen), then it plays fine. Interestingly, the appimage of Kdenlive will also not export mp3 as it claims that libmp3lame is not supported.
