[krita] [Bug 425212] Previously I have tried to import brushes to Krita, but as soon as I had done so, almost all of my brushes seem to have disappeared, and the default resource icon is red.

It looks like you previously edited the default resources and saved them as
your personal resources. That would cause this situation.
If so, that would not be a bug in krita.
