STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable tooltips and Present Windows effect, and use "Group by Program name"
in task manager settings, otherwise start with a fresh config
2. Check "Clicking grouped task shows" in Behavior settings, observe result A
3. Open Dolphin twice, confirm that a green + appears in Dolphin taskbar button
4. Click on the Dolphin taskbar button, observe result B
OBSERVED RESULTS
A) The setting defaults to "Tooltip window thumbnails", and a warning appears
that a textual list will be displayed instead.
B) Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
B) A textual list appears as it used to appear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When changing the setting to show the textual list, it works. What doesn't work
is the automatic fallback.
