Incorrect window composition
SUMMARY
On Windows 10, a new install of Kate appears to be lacking a toolkit reference
that causes the UI to use a fallback configuration for the application window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install on Windows 10 (on 1909 with all updates installed)
2. Launch Kate
OBSERVED RESULT
UI looks like it utilizes old Windows NT references to build the window (see
attachments)
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal themed Kate application window (per attachment from Kate-editor.org)
