SUMMARY
Assigning a shortcut to created a bulleted list does not result in the creation
of the bulleted list.
This applies to:
- auto bullets
- auto decimal list
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Assign a shortcut (e.g. Ctrl + Y) to the "Auto Bullets" keyboard shortcut
2. Press Ctrl + Y
OBSERVED RESULT
No bullets are created
EXPECTED RESULT
The bullets are created, similar to how selecting the disc style dropdown and
selecting "disc" or another style.
