STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > Global theme
2. click on "Get new Global Themes..." button
3. click on any non installed global theme
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screesnhot, both "Install" and "Uninstall"
buttons
are available on top
EXPECTED RESULT
only "Install" button
