I found when or rather why 'Do not disturb' mode is turned on. It is happen every time when plasmashell starts, so every login into the KDE/Plasma session. In configuration of notifications I found that this mode is set automatically when 'screens are mirrored'. I'm not sure how is this checked, but for sure incorrectly, or system reports it incorrectly. Consider please I have two screens (displays) and they are working in extended mode and are not mirrored, just because I have different content in both screens. I attach kscreen configuration file.
