This is a rather niche feature request, and given that the context menu is
already rather full with options by default, I would propose the following
option instead:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59374606/how-to-add-shred-to-kde-context-menu-for-safe-delete-file-folder.
Given that this solution does not require any code, there is no additional
attack vector through the shred action.
