Open "Window rules" under "Window management" in System settings. 2. Click "Add new rule" 3. Click "Add properties", scroll down to section "Appearance & fixes" 4. See "No titlebar & Frame" For comparison: 1. Open "Window decoration" under "Application style" in System settings 2. Select "Breeze", then "Edit" 3. Select "Window-specific settings" 4. Select "Add rule" 5. See "Remove title bar" check box. OBSERVED RESULT In Window Rules KCM you can hide only the titlebar and frame together. You can also hide only the titlebar, but the option to do so is hidden under a different UI. EXPECTED RESULT The Window Rules KCM should also allow you to hide only the titlebar, without also hiding the frame.
