SUMMARY
When I change the display output on my notebook from internal screen to
external display; Night color is not applied even if the applet says that it's
turned on.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Night color (e.g. manually)
2. Change display output
OBSERVED RESULT
Night color is not applied.
EXPECTED RESULT
Display color is adjusted according to Night color applet.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 32/5.19.3
