Currently QtCurve supports window opacity in the configuration but that's just
for the window backgrounds.
For instance that opacity settings don't work for the Dolphin's
background(except the side and top-bar) and for kinfocenter.It would be nice if
QtCurve supports adjusting the opacity for "QGraphicsView"s.
Also the ability to disable that feature for some programs like what's possible
for opacity settings(i.e "No background opacity" in the "Configure
QtCurve->Applications") is great.
