I do not want *all* the windows to be maximised when pressing the window, I want to be able to easily switch between open windows (similar to the Alt+` shortcut) without having to deal with the two window full screen view popup. You can see this functionality in Windows - open up two windows, and pressing on the win+n shortcut will open up a small window preview.
