            Bug ID: 424123
Summary: Preview needs a check box to enable/disable batch mode
           Product: Skanlite
           Version: 2.1.0.1
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kare.s...@iki.fi
          Reporter: kreez...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When you preview your document, if skanlite identifies any areas in red, those
areas are added to batch that will be scanned when you press scan, a save
dialogue will appear for each one.

If you chose to select your own area for scanning, but didn't deselect any of
the red areas with minus icon that appears when you hover over them, after your
custom selected area is scanned and saved, the remaining red areas are also
scanned and save.

If we had a checkbox or config mechanism to turn off that automatic batching
system, this would greatly improve this apps functionality.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. either have a dirty scan environment or a document that has several clearly
scannable areas with lots of white in between.
2. select preview, skanlite will identify at least 1 area in red, probably
more.
3. select the area you want to scan, and press scan
4. skanlite will scan that area and ask you to save it
5. then it will save each red area that was explicitly not removed from the
batch and save those too. (this should not be the default behavior)

OBSERVED RESULT
described in the steps

EXPECTED RESULT
selecting a custom scan area instantly cancels the auto selected red scan areas
from the batch
