Luckily, Krita is different but as it is now, one has to manually navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Krita\krita\bin". Windows does not allow apps without a .lnk file in "%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" to Pin To Start.
