Urgh, dupes piling up, marking as VHI. It is quite annoying and mysterious when
it happens.
I can intermittently reproduce this when I perform a system upgrade on openSUSE
TUmbleweed. I guess there's some package that runs `udevadm trigger -s input`
as a post-install step which triggers this bug.
I haven't been able to find how the touchpad code reacts to that signal yet.
