STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I haven't be able to reproduce. The bug seems to happen when multiple tabs of
Google Chrome/Chromium are opened.
OBSERVED RESULT
Window's content is transparent/glitched.
EXPECTED RESULT
Make the content to not be transparent. Maybe adding a "loading" text is a
solution.
