--- Comment #21 from Michał Dybczak <michal.dybc...@gmail.com> --- I fixed my issue because as @Konrad Materka said, the systray-latte-tweak conflicted with the new version of systray. To be precise the systray-latte tweak conflicted because it was old and not updated. Once I went on the page: https://github.com/psifidotos/plasma-systray-latte-tweaks and updated the tweak, rebooted latte, everything went back to normal, all app icons are back in their place and all is working as it should. So the issue here for me, was simply that I didn't update the tweak with the Plasma update. On my defense, I didn't think it will impair also the default systray and the update is manual and it's easy to forgot about it.
