The puzzle 'Pirate ship' don't show up in the list of puzzles.
That's because in picmi/levels/default.xml it is declared in line 72 as:
<xpm>default/old_ship.xpm</xpm>
but the corresponding filename is 'default/pirate_ship.xpm'
