Tried the Export to Smugmug menu and got error upon logging in. 
error: SmugMug Call Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Export to Smugmug menu
2. Enter account credentials
3. It tries to login, but after a few seconds get this error: SmugMug Call
Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Actual Results:  
error: SmugMug Call Failed: https://api.smugmug.com

Expected Results:  
be able use SmugMug with Digikam
