Plasma 5.19 settings menu (Arch linux)
SUMMARY
It appears that the "Breeze-Dark" theme is missing from the Plasma 5.19
settings menu. I compared screenshots from both KDE Neon 5.16 and the current
Plasma 5.19 desktop on my Arch linux system and the Breeze-Dark theme is
missing from the Arch Linux version of Plasma.
