I'm actually leaving for grad school in August, so I should be able to get around to trying this out around then, if no one has figured this out. Once bug 423131 is fixed, arguably the importance of this bug should drop to minor, as powerdevil should be handling elisa exiting itself. I'd argue we still should have elisa emit an Uninhibit request even if in theory powerdevil will do it.
