SUMMARY
When I open a document directly from Google Drive, I am unable to use "Save As"
to save it to the local storage. (4.3.1-alpha, git f1990fa)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. File -> Open. In the native dialog, pick a file from remote Drive.
2. Make a change to the document.
3. File -> "Save As". Pick a local directory, enter a file name and confirm.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is not saved and an error dialog appears. If the target file name does
not exist on the local storage, it says "Error occurred while writing to the
file." If the target file name exists, it says "Unknown error."
EXPECTED RESULT
The file is saved to local storage.
